Eastern European Jews during the First World War

Four rare postcards of Eastern European Jews in Jewish towns, during the First World War.

* Jews in the courtyard of the synagogue in the town of Stawiski (Northeastern Poland).

* Jn einer polnischen Judenstadt - "in a Polish Jewish town" - a group of Jews in the courtyard of the house.

* A group of Jews on the corner of the street - under the German occupation in the First World War.

* Children in the ghetto in Poland. On the back of the postcard it is written in handwriting Anti-Semitic inscription, that on the postcard you can see Jewish children, but unfortunately you cannot feel the dirt, and smell the smells in the street.

From the Willy Lindwer collection.

Same size: 9x14 cm. Very good condition.
