The book details how one gets to obtain American citizenship, the citizen's duties and rights, the way of voting to elect the president, the structure of the various government ministries, the powers of the Supreme Court, the various taxes and the punishments for tax evaders, how the health services work in America, a summary of American history - "The Colonial Revolution", the American Civil War, the American War of Independence, and more. The book was written in a spirit that glorifies the American nation and its achievements and calls on the Hebrew citizen to take an active part in the effort for America which is an inseparable part of it.
