A collection of photographs of Brigade soldiers during their service / newspaper in which the photographs were taken

8 photographs of Jewish soldiers in the Jewish Brigade while serving in the driver's unit and the middle pages of the newspaper Davar Hashavua on the subject of "The Brigade Soldier in the Brigade" in which some of the photographs before us were printed.

Among the photographs: the soldier Ya'akov Botnik on the front of March 9, 1945, the brigade's cannons in action, the grave of a Hebrew sergeant from March 1945, rabbis at the front, Moshe Sharett, and more. All the photographs are described in the back handwritten.

The two mid-pages of Davar Hashavua, dated March 4, 1948, were dedicated to the 3 year anniversary of the entry of the Jewish Brigade into the front line of Italy. Two of the original photographs before us appear in the special article about 'The Soldier in the Front': A Brigade Soldier reads in the brigade newspaper 'Soldier' in front of the Sanyo River, and a photograph showing soldiers of the Brigade sending shells at the head of the Nazi enemy. In two photographs before us, Moshe Sharett appears on his visit to the base of the Jewish Brigade soldiers in Atelier [in the same article, another photograph of Moshe Sharett was presented during his visit].

The size of the photographs: 10x7 cm. Very fine condition.
