Sterling Silver Mustard Pot, Atkin Brothers, Sheffield, 1907, Cobalt Glass Liner, Spoon - Antique English sterling silver mustard pot of oval form, fitted with a side handle and hinged lid. The body and lid are decorated with stylized chased botanical motifs, with a central finial and an opening for the spoon. Hallmarked HA for Atkin Brothers, Sheffield crown, lion passant for sterling silver and date letter p for 1907, Edwardian period. Complete with a removable cobalt-blue glass liner. The accompanying English spoon is marked EPNS A1 and is made of silver-plated metal; it is not sterling silver and is not original to the mustard pot. Height: 6.5 cm. Width including handle: 9 cm. Spoon length: 9.5 cm. Weight of the silver mustard pot only, excluding glass liner and spoon: 69.01 g. Age and wear marks, scratches, tarnishing and minor imperfections.
