An Exceptional, Fine Silver "Safed" Kiddush Cup, Mid 19th Century
Description: The massive, early 19th century Polish cup cast, punched and very finely engraved with depictions of the Holy places: The tomb of Rachel, the Hurva Synagogue and Tiferet Yisrael Synagogue, each with matching Hebrew inscription. Marked 12 for silver quality on underside.
