Ruth Horm was an artist and chairman of the artists and sculptors society between the years 1966-1969.

Blue and white underglaze Centered by a coiled dragon in blue , accented with overglaze red flowers and gold and surrounded by a floral border in red. The plate rims decorated with a border of scrolling flowers in blue accented with overglaze gold.
