An antique violin with a label (1713-1799 Michiel Deconet Fecit Venetij Anno), violin maker, Venice
An old violin, 150 years old or more. The back is carved from two pieces of maple with a narrow light flame. The scroll is carved on the neck of the violin. The belly is made of two pieces of spruce. The instrument has various cracks and repairs. The varnish color is brown.

Body length (back): 36 cm

Upper bouts width: 16.6 cm

C-bouts width: 11.4 cm

Lower bouts width: 20.4 cm
