ישראל 1948 מנהלת העם : ירושלים במצור. מעטפה מסחרית שנשלחה מתל אביב לירושלים - הוחזרה לשולח עם חותמת " אין שרות " באנגלית " NO SEVICE " . המעטפה נשלחה שוב באמצעות שליח והגיעה ליעדה ב 10/6/1948. עם חותמת מומחה מאחור. נדיר מאד! ( החץ האדום מצויר על מגן הפלסטיק ולא על המעטפה )
