32 עמודים בכתב יד תימני נאה, אותיות גדולות. הכולל הגדה של פסח עם נוסח הקידוש הארוך [בחלקו] לפי מנהג ק"ק תימן – רבי סעדיה גאון.
הגדה לא מושלמת. חסר בתחילה ובסוף.
