במהדורת ווילנא התחדשו כמה חידושים. ראשית כל, במהדורה זו נדפסו לראשונה שלושה קטעים, על פי העתקות מדויקות בכתב-יד, שלא הופיעו במהדורות שקדמו לה. הקטע החשוב והמפורסם שבהם הוא חציו השני של פרק ז' מ"שער היחוד והאמונה", ועוד.. מצב מעולה.
