חיברו הרה"ג הרב יוסף בן רבי מרדכי גרשון כ"ץ זצ"ל.
ככל הנראה מקום הדפוס מזויף . בדף השער נכתב: "נדפס בא"ד (אמשטרדם)". אך מההסכמה עולה שניתנה למדפיס אטינזויס מפיורדא. במקור נז דף העותק שבפנינו חסר דף אחרון והושלם בכתב יד מרשים.מצב טוב.
