Urim VeTumim, part II – Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat, sections 73-152, with the Urim and Tumim commentaries by R. Yehonatan Eybeschutz Rabbi of the Three Communities (Altona, Hamburg and Wandsbeck). Dubno, [1806].
This copy was in the possession of R. Shalom Mordechai Schwadron (the Maharsham, 1835-1911), rabbi of Berezhany and leading halachic authority of the generation. It bears 14 glosses in his handwriting. These glosses were first published in Kerem Shlomo, year 17, I, pp. 15-16, and later in Gilyonot Maharsham (Jerusalem 1998), pp. 127-128.
186, [2] leaves. Lacking title page and three final leaves. Blue paper. 32.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains and wear. Tears to several leaves and worming, affecting text in several places. Stamps. New leather binding.
