מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ז תמוז תשכ"ז [1967].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח שלמה משה נמירובסקי בירושלים, "במענה על הודעתו אשר נולד להם בן למזל טוב ושהכניסוהו לבריתו של אברהם אבינו, ונקרא שמו בישראל שמואל אבא".
במכתבו מברך הרבי: "הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת [יהי רצון מהשם יתברך] שכשם שהכניסוהו לברית כן יכניסוהו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים, ויגדלו ביחד עם זוג' תח' מתוך הרחבה. בברכת מזל טוב".
