מכתב מאת רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – האדמו"ר הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. אוטבוצק, י"ז כסלו תרצ"ח [1937].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק".
נשלח אל שאר בשרו הרב עזריאל זליג סלונים (תרנ"ז-תשל"ב), מראשי עסקני חסידות חב"ד, חבר אגודת חסידי חב"ד ומנהל כולל חב"ד, לרגל ובסמיכות ללידת בנו משה שלמה סלונים (ד' טבת תרצ"ח – כ"ג חשון תשנ"ו).
במכתבו מברך הריי"ץ: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה של זוגתו תח' ותהיה הלידה בעתה ובזמנה בנקל כשורה ולד חייא וקיימא", מייעצו בנוגע לבחירת שם היילוד: "ובדבר השם הנה באיזה שם שיבחרו בהסכם שניהם, יתן השי"ת שיהי' למזל טוב בגשם וברוח", ומברכו בפרנסה: "והשי"ת יזמין לו פרנסתו בריוח ובמנוחה בגשמיות וברוחניות".
המכתב שלפנינו לא נדפס באגה"ק להריי"ץ (נדפס ב"עבד מלך", עמ' 168).
