בעמוד האחרון חותמת של "ביהמ"ד מנחם ציון בחורבת ר"י החסיד בעה"ק ירושלם תוב"ב". רישומים בכתי"ק של הצדיק רבי יוסף זונדל מסלנט - בדף השער [מחוק בחלקו]: "למדרש אשכנזים פרושים מנחם ציון"; בדף מ': "מנחם ציון".
עותק חסר. קיב, קטו-קטז, [1] דף. חסרים 3 דפים: קיד, קיז ו-[1] דף אחרון. 23 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים ובלאי. קרע בדף השער, עם פגיעה במסגרת השער. כריכה ישנה. פגמים בכריכה.
