יריעת בד מודפסת עם נוסח תפילת "הנותן תשועה למלכים" לכבוד נשיא ארה"ב פרנקלין דלאנו רוזוולט וסגנו. [ארה"ב, 1941-1945]. עברית, אנגלית.
על היריעה נדפס, בעברית ובאנגלית, נוסח תפילת "הנותן תשועה למלכים" (התפילה לשלום המלכות; "A Prayer for the Government") הנוקבת בשמו של הנשיא פרנקלין דלאנו רוזוולט, נשיא ארה"ב משנת 1933 עד מותו בשנת 1945, מעט לפני תום מלחמת העולם השנייה. מעל הטקסט נראים דגל ארה"ב והדגל הציוני, מוצלבים.
לשולי היריעה מימין ומשמאל נדפס הדגל האמריקני. על פני הטקסט מופיעה אות "V" אדומה גדולה ומעליה סמל האות בקוד מורס, אשר נפוצו בפרסומים בימי מלחמת העולם השנייה וסמלו את המילה "Victory" – "ניצחון".
