Rabbi Yitzchak Ya'akov Weiss (1902-1989), leading halachic authority, author of Minchat Yitzchak responsa – ten parts. Rabbi in Grosswerdein and Manchester, England. In 1970, he made aliya to Israel to serve as Rabbi of the Eda Charedit of Jerusalem. In 1979, he was promoted to head Av Beit Din of the Eda Charedit and :Mara DeAr'a DeYisrael".
27.5 cm. Good condition, stains and folding marks, light tear on top corner. Typewritten, signed by hand.
