On the border of the leaf: "whoever wishes to get this annulling should contact Rabbi Yitzchak Alfiya – Rabbi Yitzchak Alfiya of the leading rabbis of Jerusalem, born in Aleppo and moved to Jerusalem, [his father died in 1923 and it is assumed that this leaf was printed while his father was still alive].
