***Auction Highlight*** 1860 Seated Liberty Dollar $1 Graded pr65+ By SEGS. Although the Guide Book publishes to this day a figure of 1,330 pieces for the 1860 proof Seated dollar, Walter Breen maintains in his Proof Encyclopedia that all but 527 were melted. Despite the exact figure this Gem+ proof is nonetheless in the upper echelon of survivors of the issue. The surfaces are highly reflective despite a moderate layer of stunning sky-blue and pinkish patina, The strike is precise, save for a couple of stars at the top obverse rim, and the eye appeal is excellent. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away, you might not find its equal Coin. I give this coin my highest recommendation
