Photo Album - German Colonies in Palestine - 1904
Album with 49 photographs, composed by German tourists visiting the Holy Land. the album includes rare documentation of the German Colonies of Palestine: German Colony in Jerusalem, German Colony in Haifa and Sarona. The tourists are documented dining, visiting a local winery, sailing in the Dead Sea and touring the land. Some of the photos are by various publishers, but the majority of them are private photographs, apparently taken by a hired photographer or one of the group members.
Dimensions of the photographs: approximately 15X11 to 23X17 cm. Good condition, wear.
