One Hundred Colored Stereoscope Photographs of the Holy Land
A full set of one hundred colored stereoscopic photos depicting people and sites of the Holy Land. Published by T.W. Ingersoll. Circa late 19th century. The back of the cards bears a description of each image in English. The images include: fruit sellers within Jaffa Gate, Gypsies outside the wall of Jerusalem, Group of Lepers, Consular general of Jerusalem, Hangman’s tree in Palestine, Druze home at mount Carmel, and the Jewish colony Mishkenot Sha'ananim.
Dimensions: approximately 9X18 cm. Good condition, wear.
