2 Large 19th century large jewel buttons known as Gay 90's.
Here is the next Gay 90 lot in the auction another beautiful lot of 2. Gay 90 buttons are named for the period they were created during which was the Gay 90 period of the 1890's, an opulent period in our US history. In this lot you'll find a quadruple cut steel border example surrounding a faceted sky blue glass jewels along with an ornate pierced brass setting with an intermixed glass cabochon jewel center and clear and gold colored paste jewels.
