A division three English Bimini glass button
1 Large size 20th century backmarked realistic shape button.
This lot is for a cool realistic silver lustered shell backmarked button from the Bimini glass company of the 1940's in England. Fritz Lampl started the Bimini glass company in 1923 in Austria but was forced to move to London in the 1930's where he reorganized his glass company. He produced a variety of glass objects including a vast variety of buttons that today are sought after by many collectors.
Issued: DIVISION 1=PRE 1918 AND DIVISION 3 IS AFTER 1918
