A Group of English and Continental Silver
Comprising: a small English sterling chamber stick, Victorian period hallmarked for Sheffield, a continental covered sugar with classical decoration in low relief tested as silver, apparently unmarked, a sterling double jigger marked for empire, a narragansett open salt and matching spoon both of which are copies of the original of Gorham, and a set of twelve demitasse spoons with enamel terminals by Gorham.
Dimensions: The spoons are 4 3/4", the salt is 4 3/4" x 2 1/2", the jigger is 4 1/4" tall, the total approximate weight is 18.4 troy ounces.
Condition:
The chamber stick is missing the snuffer cap, there is some corrosion to the sugar bowl, minor dings to the jigger, and 6 of the spoon s have minor enamel losses.
