Impressive unsigned, 18K Yellow gold and Sterling Silver double-sided necklace. One side has large ancient-looking coin and the other has bloodstone. Beautiful, detailed workmanship, box style clasp with green emerald cabochons. Measures: 16 inches long, The Pendant measures 1.5 inches.
