His collection reflects his interest in the Delaware Valley, with an emphasis on mid 18th through early 19th century silversmiths and figured hardwoods vetted by his discerning eye for form and surface. Among the highlights are a Thomas Stretch Philadelphia clock, a collection of figured maple furniture, and silver by noted makers such as Joseph Richardson Sr. and Richard Humphreys.

A Coin Silver Sauceboat, Thomas Fletcher
An early 19th century example with three scrolled and shell decorated feet below a body with a scalloped rim and an ear form acanthus leaf decorated handle. Marked T. Fletcher.
Dimensions: 8" x 4", the height is 3 1/2" (to top of handle), the approximate weight is 9.6 troy ounces.
Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey.
Condition:
There is a small crack to the body where is meets the handle at the top edge (see photo).
