IMPERIAL ROMAN BRONZE AS COIN
An imperial Roman bronze As coin, probably depicting Antonius Pious on the obverse, with what may be a posthumous consecratio-style deification of Antonius Pious into Jupiter on the reverse given the figural form and presence of a curule chair, which would place the coin at c. 160 CE.
The coin shows significant corrosion to the bronze and is mostly illegible.
