Southern Congo/West Kasai, 20th century, carved hardwood, polychrome paint, slender high masks with strongly abstracted male facial features, the lower part elaborately decorated in manifold geometrical surface decoration, traces of age, minor losses of substance, with matching stands, h approx. 80 cm each.
