M. im Fachschriften-Verlag des Internationalen Verbandes der Köche [1910], size Gr. 8°, [2] Bl., XIV/840 S., [4] leaves, full red edges, original half-leather binding with gold title and spine stamping, leather slightly rubbed at edges, spine minimally damaged at head and foot, flyleaf with owner's note and small marginal tear, otherwise in good condition with minor signs of ageing.
