Karlsruhe basket with putto and swan
designed by Wilhelm Süß in 1910, embossed mark cancelled, addition Austria, model number 1002 and number 20 as well as indistinct brush signature, majolica with coloured underglaze painting, two-piece bowl with handle and relief decoration of a garland of forget-me-nots and a central putto as a swan rider and handle support, the walls of the bowl minimally rubbed and with age craquelé, otherwise in good condition, h 18.5 cm.
