c. 1900, monogrammed, embossed mark V & B Mettlach, lettering "Ges. gesch.", model number 3001, chromolithic stoneware, cartouche in relief, matt painted with drinking figure and saying "Trinken freut mich jeder Zeit", domed nickel lid with owner's monogram, long hairline crack, h approx. 17 cm.
