Right below splendid cartouche with various scenes and inscribed "S. R. I. Comitatus Henneberg ...". I. Comitatus Henneberg ...", above double coat of arms carried by angels as well as field with legend surrounded by rocailles, above the depiction inscription "Karte der Gefürsteten Graffschaft Henneberg, mit dem angrenzenden Fürstenth. Coburg and other counties ... Published by Homann's heirs in Nuremberg" and here dated "1743", below the image further inscription, depicting the area between Georgental in the north, Lichtenfels in the east, Schweinfurt in the south and Heiligenkreuz in the west, partly coloured copper engraving, somewhat browned, centre fold line, framed under mount and behind glass, image dimensions without inscription ca. 47,5 x 56,5 cm. Info Homann's heirs: Johann Baptist Homann (1664 Kambach to 1724 Nuremberg, German engraver, publisher and Jesuit) founded his own publishing house "Homännisches Landkarten-Offizin" about 1702, active among others in Vienna, Leipzig and Nuremberg, after his death on July 1, 1724 his business passed on to his son Dr. Johann Christoph Homann (1703-1730), who appointed his two managing directors Johann Georg Ebersberger (or Ebersperger) and Johann Michael Franz as heirs to the business, after his death in 1730 the company continued under the name "Homannsche Erben" (French: Heritiers de Homann, Latin: Homannianos Heredes) and only ceased to exist in 1848 with the death of the last owner Christoph Franz Fembo, source: Thieme-Becker and Internet.
