Mischwesen und Mensch im Kampf, expressiver Farbholzschnitt, unter der Darstellung in Blei rechts signiert und datiert "K. Süß (19)92", links betitelt "Kampf" sowie mittig nummeriert "56/60", unter Passepartout und hinter Glas gerahmt, Darstellungsmaße ca. 38 x 52,5 cm. Künstlerinfo: auch Süss, dt. Maler, Graphiker und Plastiker (geboren 1951 in Crottendorf im Erzgebirge), zunächst Lehre zum Heizungsmonteur, Ingenieurstudium der Luft- und Kältetechnik, anschließend tätig für die Wismut Aue und Kulturmitarbeiter des Heckertkombinats Karl-Marx-Stadt, künstlerisch weitestgehend Autodidakt, 1975-84 Zeichenzirkel bei Wolfgang Einmahl, 1978-82 Mitarbeiter der Produzentengalerie "Clara Mosch" in Karl-Marx-Stadt, ab 1987 freischaffend in Karl-Marx-Stadt (Chemnitz), Mitglied des VBK der DDR, unternahm Studienreisen nach Afrika und auf die Atlantikinseln vor Afrika, tätig in Chemnitz, Quelle: Eisold "Künstler in der DDR" und Internet.

Mixed creature and man in battle, expressive colour woodcut, signed and dated in pencil below the image on the right "K. Süß (19)92", titled on the left "Kampf" and numbered in the centre "56/60", framed under passepartout and behind glass, image dimensions approx. 38 x 52.5 cm. Artist's info: also Süss, Germ. Painter, graphic artist and sculptor (born 1951 in Crottendorf in the Erzgebirge), first apprenticeship as a heating engineer, engineering studies of air and refrigeration technology, afterwards working for Wismut Aue and cultural staff of the Heckertkombinat Karl-Marx-Stadt, artistically largely self-taught, 1975-84 drawing circle with Wolfgang Einmahl, 1978-82 employee of the producer gallery "Clara Mosch" in Karl-Marx-Stadt, from 1987 freelance in Karl-Marx-Stadt (Chemnitz), member of the VBK of the GDR, undertook study trips to Africa and the Atlantic islands off Africa, active in Chemnitz, Source: Eisold "Künstler in der DDR" and Internet.
