romantische herbstliche Landschaft mit Wanderer, unter mächtigen Bäumen am Flussufer, Fährkahn und Dorf zu Füßen einer Burgruine, lasierende, teils gering pastose Malerei, Öl auf Holzplatte, rechts unten teils unleserlich signiert und datiert "H. van Bergum 1830", Craquelure und farbschwundrissig, Malplatte sekundär rechts rückseitig verstärkt und unten ca. 8 mm angesetzt, alte Retuschen, etwas restaurierungsbedürftig, ungerahmt, Maße ca. 75 x 100,5 cm.

romantic autumnal landscape with wanderer, under mighty trees on the riverbank, ferry boat and village at the foot of a castle ruin, glazed, partly slightly impasto painting, oil on panel, lower right partly illegibly signed and dated "H. van Bergum 1830", craquelure and colour shrinkage, the painting panel reinforced on the reverse right and set approx. 8 mm at the bottom, old retouches, somewhat in need of restoration, unframed, dimensions approx. 75 x 100.5 cm.
