Jh., große englische Taschenuhr, gemarkt "The British Centre Seconds Marine Chronograph”, glattes Silbergehäuse, makelloses Emailleziffernblatt mit vertieftem Zentrum, römischen Zahlen, Minuterie und Chronographenskala mit 1/5-Sekundenteilung, vergoldete Zeiger, gebläute Zentralsekunde, über Schieber am Gehäuserand zu stoppen, dabei wird das Werk angehalten, vergoldetes 4/5-Platinenwerk mit Spitzzahnankergang, Kompensationsunruh und Flachspirale, drei verschraubte Chatons, Schlüsselaufzug, revisionsbedürftig, D 57 mm, G ca. 213 g.
British marine chronographLate 19th cent, large English pocket watch, marked "The British Centre Seconds Marine Chronograph", smooth silver case, immaculate enamel dial with recessed centre, Roman numerals, minute track and chronograph scale with 1/5 second division, gilt hands, blued centre seconds, can be stopped via a slide on the edge of the case, stopping the movement, gilt 4/5 plate movement with verge escapement, compensation balance and flat balance spring, three screwed chatons, keywind, in need of revision, d 57 mm, g approx. 213 g.
