Great Survivor Taino Bone Zemi Vomic
From a manatee rib bone, this tusk quality carving of the seated Zemi is very finely carved. Re-stuck from excavation with now, a rather unobtrusive crack line across the figure's middle. Of abut mid-size for such, it has bow drilled holes at upper back showing it meant personal for one, for the rule and custom of regurgitation prior to the imbibing of the hallucinogenic. Fine natural color and surface. 7"L.
