Third section, Shot and chiddushim on the Shulchan Aruch and Shas, by the Gaon and kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Meyuchas of Jerusalem (1718-1768), a student of the Beit Yaakov Ferrara yeshiva, and successor to Rabbi Haim Nissim Moshe Mizrahi as rosh yeshiva. Was also the brother of Rabbi Refael Meyuchas, the Pri HaAdama. First and only edition, printed by the Castillo-Sa’adon partnership. Cover page has signature of Rabbi David ben Shimon the Dabash (1824-1880), a rabbi, dayan, and Av Beit Din, founder and head of the Western community of Jerusalem, known as the “father of the orphans and dayan of the widows,” since he cared for those in need in his community. He was one of the promoters of the establishment of the Mahaneh Yisrael neighborhood, the 2nd community built outside the Old City walls and the first built under the direction of residents of Jerusalem. | Dark, quality pages, new binding.
