Kuntres Shalosh Teshuvot, on Din Nidrei Onsin by Rabbi Chaim KafusiBaal Hanes and by Rabbi Avraham Gabizon. First edition based on an ancient manuscript and with an addition of comments and additions by the publisher Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Toledano - Husiatyn, 1908. 22 leaves. Leaves 4 and 5 were misplaced in the binding. 

Old binding, worn and unravelled. Some moth perforations and damage. Stains. Good overall condition. 

On the upper part of the title page, a dedication handwritten by the publisher Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Toledano to Rabbi Aharon Bechor Alchadif (1825-1919), Rav, Shadar, Chacham Bashi and rav of Tiberius and Safed. Author of Mipi Aharon, Hapei Aharon and more. 

The publisher Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Toledano (1880-1961) was a Rav, Posek and Israeli public figure who served as the Rav of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and as the Minister for Religious Affairs of the 8th and 9th governments. Earlier, he was Av Beit Din of Cairo and Alexandria.

An additional Se[hardic signature on the title page, a dedication to the Ohel Yaakov synagogue handwritten and signed by Rabbi Yaakov Chai Zarihan [1869-1953] – Av Beit Din of Tiberius. Author of the books Bechorei Yaakov, Ohel Yaakov, Chelek Yaakov, Shufriyah DeYaakov, Torat Yaakov. Served as Rav and Av Beit Din of Tiberius, a position he held until his passing. He opposed Zionism and was known for his Zealous views, consistently refusing to accept any Rabbinic position from the National Committee despite the many requests of Rabbi Ben Zion Chai Uziel, the Rishon LeZion. He was one of the first to sign the broadside forbidding girls to be enlisted into the army.
