Square Ashkenazi script (Bet Yosef).
Tagin on the letters שעטנז גץ and on the letters בדק חיה.
Other letters have prominent tag as א, ם, ס, ת
Double space between the verses.
Petuchot and setumot according to Rambam and Rosh.
Wooden Rollers of bright brown wood turned at handles and tips.
The scroll has its proper mantle brown and violet velvet with embroidering of Star of David surmounted by a crown and letters כ.ת.נ.ז. [כתר תורה נדבת זכרון] ר' יוסף העפפער כ"ץ
