Malcolm Myers "The Bridge" Etching 1962
Malcolm Haynie Myers (American, 1917-2002). Etching titled "The Bridge, " depicting an abstract expressionist scene of animals crossing a bridge towards a windmill, 1962. Pencil signed and dated along the lower right; numbered 6/30 along the lower center, titled along the lower left.
Provenance: Distinguished Corporate Collection, Minnesota
Sight; height: 24 in x width: 36 in. Framed; height: 31 3/4 in 43 1/2 in.
Condition: The item is in great condition with no visible tears, creases, or losses. The paper appears to be slightly toned. It is difficult to discern whether there is foxing or not due to the original design of the painting. The color is bold and bright. Framed under plexiglass; not inspected out of frame.
