Gary Carter (American, b. 1939). Oil on canvas over masonite titled "Sacajawea's Reunion" depicting the titular figure as she approaches a group of the Shoshone tribe on August 17, 1805. Signed along the lower right.
Sight; height: 21 1/2 in x width: 37 1/2 in. Framed; height: 30 in x width: 45 3/4 in x depth: 2 in.
Condition: The colors are bold and bright. The surface is stable. There are no rips, creases, or losses. There are no signs of restoration under UV light. Not examined out of frame.
