French - 1890 - 7 3/4" Tall. A Firmin is a royal mandate or decree to collect a tax or free for entry into Persia (Iran) or a related province. Firmins may or may not be combined with a passport. We have never seen another example. Marked Souvenir De Francois Gabriel.
