Zande Congo Tribal Knife
Central Africa, Congo Region, Zande Tribe probably Late 19th or early 20th, Large central African DRC tribal knife or Machete from the Zande tribe. The Handle is a light colored wood with thick copper wire wrap, the blade a crescent moon shape with a round tip and double edged blade all decorated in hammered crosshatched designs to tapered in ricasso and central section parallel to triple fuller. 16" L, blade 12 1/2" L
