British model 1803 infantry officer's sword with replacement scabbard, bright polished blade with inscribed crown over GR, order of the Red Garter and various military motifs. Heavily gilt hilt with openwork. Sharkskin wrapped wood grip with brass retaining wires. Size 37 1/2" L, blade 32" L
