Pre-Columbian Teotihuacan Stone Mask, 450 CE-650 CE
Pre-Columbian, Teotihuacan "City of the Gods" 450 CE-650 CE commonly referred to as the greatest city of Mesoamerica. Large green hardstone mask with circular recess at the cheek which would have originally been inlaid. Stone is a dense green hardstone with mottled with a large variety of color variation of greens and blacks. Size 8" H x 8" W, 10" H on included custom stand

Condition: Mask has been professionally restored from two large pieces, the break is from the right cheek upward to the outer edge of the right eye.
