Extremely Rare Luristan Iron Mask Sword, circa 900BCE
Extremely rare museum quality Luristan "Iron Mask" sword circa 900 BCE. Sword features disc pommel with rams or lion heads to either side. This museum worthy sword was brought to the United States from Turkey in the 1950s by legendary arms dealer, Martin B. Retting and has been in private display since. A unique opportunity to acquire a genuine 3000 year old Luristan Iron Mask sword. Size 19 1/4" L, blade 13 1/4" L
Provenance: Martin B Retting, legendary arms collector, aquired in the 1950's.
