Ancient Chinese Terracotta Painted Warrior
Standing painted Chinese terracotta warrior made to be placed in a tomb. Figure features bright red and black robes with a white painted face. The figure would have been holding a shield and weapon, since lost. Each figure often exhibits a true uniqueness and detail to naturalism as seen here. Size 18 1/4" H x 5 1/2" W, 19 1/4" H on included custom stand

Collected prior to 2008, ex-Lacy Gallery (Vanna & Lee Lacy collection), Los Angeles CA. Lacy Gallery was founded upon six decades of collecting ethnographic and fine art. Lee Lacy was a distinguished Hollywood producer of iconic TV series and commercials.
Condition: Soiling and losses commensurate with age, else in well preserved condition.
