Pair of Polychrome Daoist Carved Wood Figures
Male and female ancestral or Daoist wooden carved figures with traces of polychrome panting and lacquer throughout. Both long flowing robes in traditional form with hands brought together and in a seated position, the reverse carved with a small recess for ritual use. Size largest 14 3/4" H x 5 1/2" W
