Jalisco seated male, white slip over grey clay with remnants of red painted details. He sits with a traditional styled jug drinking pulque, an intoxicating drink made from agave pulp. Examples like these are rare to find with so much remaining white slip. Size 10" H x 5" W

ex-Osuna Gallery, Santa Barbara, California, bought in the 1980's.. ex-Private California collector, Authenticity Guaranteed by Scollard Auctions.
Condition: No restoration, ancient age cracks and some patches of missing white slip. Very well preserved throughout.
