Scarce Antique Bronze Lantaka Swivel Gun w/Blunderbuss Tip, 17th-18th c.
Antique brass or bronze ships swivel blunderbuss cannon circa 17th/18th C. A lantaka with original post and yoke. The 22" tube with a flaring blunderbuss muzzle (4" exterior diameter, 2.75" interior diameter). Very nice deep green/brown patina. The lantaka was exceptionally versatile because it could fire just about anything one would load it with. Size 33 1/4" L, barrel 20 1/2" L
